A couple of days ago I posted on Caravan Talk that the Whale external pump plug kept slowly sliding out of the Whale socket.
Not a major problem as I nudge it back in when passing but anyway,
Had a reply post from Whale asking me to send my phone number and they would be in touch.
They rang today and suggested that the "O" rings may need changing and would put two in the post.
Excellent customer service from Whale.

ReplyDeleteHad the same problem with the pump connector coming loose - I believe the lift up cover 'locks' the connector in. Both of my Bailey's had the same problem with the cover lifting and the connector working loose, so I put a small weight on top of the cover to keep it down - it works so well that I had forgotten I do it until this post.
