Regarding Leaks ( No Not The Welsh ).

There has been some discussion on Caravan Talk recently regarding wet and damp in the top lockers on the Unicorn 3 adjacent to the roof join just in front of the toilet door.

The thread is an interesting read for us owners :-

CT :Water In Top Locker

Especially post #17.

According to this it is suggested that not all vans are affected but it may be worth while keeping an eye out for any problems.

Hope we all stay dry.

  1. After reading your blog, We would love for you to come and review/blog about our new site based in North Yorkshire on a large mature coarse fishery, at present we are only a small Caravan Park however we have just had plans passed to extend it adding more hardstanding pitches and a large shower and toilet block, but before we make a start we are looking this year to gather some advice from experts like yourselves who have probably seen and visited the best and worst UK site and seen mistakes they have made when developing as we ourselves have only looked around a couple on sites in our local area so have limited knowledge and we want to know what will make it one of the best by people who know.

If you would like to come and stay this year on a large hardstanding pitch with electricity and after which you wanted to blog or review us we would offer you 2 nights for free of charge.

Please visit our website www.theoakslakes.co.uk or find us on ukcampsite and pitchup, we look forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,
